Vinification and aging:
Wine made with grapes of the "Malvasia di Candia aromatica" variety coming from company's vineyards.
Natural fermentation in autoclave.

Alcoholic degrees: 12,5% vol.
Bottle type: Emiliana 75 cl

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear, straw-yellow in color, intense, delicate and characteristic bouquet with hints of peach and sage.
Dry, soft, fairly warm, fresh and sparkling taste. On the palate it is soft and lively.

Gastronomic combinations
Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers and cold cuts, it also goes well with soups, white meats, fish dishes and in general with dishes that are not too structured.
