Colli Piacentini Controlled Denomination of Origin

Vinification and aging:

Wine obtained with selected "Barbera" and "Bonarda" grapes in the traditional proportion respectively of 60% and 40% coming from the company vineyards. Vinified according to the most classic Piacenza tradition with natural fermentation in autoclave. It is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after a natural fermentation.

Alcoholic degrees: 12,5% vol.

Bottle type: Bordolese 75 cl

Organoleptic characteristics

Limpid, intense red color, slightly vinous characteristic aroma among which hints of red fruit stand out. Dry taste, warm enough and rightly tannic.

Gastronomic combinations

This wine is an inseparable companion for cold cuts appetizers, pasta, stewed meats, roasted white and red meats. Still ideal for the whole meal.
