Red Wine

Vinification and aging:
Wine obtained with selected "Barbera" and "Bonarda" grapes in the traditional proportion respectively of 60% and 40% coming from old and better exposed company vineyards.
Vinified according to the most classic Piacenza tradition, it is marketed only from the month of September of the year following the vintage to allow an indispensable refinement in the bottle.

Alcoholic degrees: 13,5% vol.
Bottle type: Shoulder Bordeaux bottle 75 cl

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear, intense red color with garnet reflections. Intense and characteristic bouquet, slightly vinous with hints of red berry fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is dry, warm, full-bodied, calm, rightly tannic and harmonious.

Gastronomic combinations
This red wine from Piacenza is an inseparable companion for cold cuts appetizers, important first courses, roasts, , braised meats and aged cheeses.

Service temperature: 18/20° C.
Early uncorking is recommended in order to encourage oxygenation for a perfect enhancement of aromas and flavors.
