Vinification and aging:
Wine made with grapes of the Croatina vine from the company's vineyards.
Aged in steel tanks for 6 months before bottling.
Alcoholic degrees:: 13,5% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics
Clear and intense red color. Characteristic and pleasant scent.
Gastronomic combinations
Ideal with vegetable soups, stewed red meats, mixed white and boiled meats, however ideal throughout the meal.
Service temperature: 18° C.
Early uncorking is recommended in order to encourage oxygenation for a perfect enhancement of aromas and flavors.
